Handbag stolen in scenic area of Ireland, and in Delaware USA two women shopping at a grocery store were victims of purse-snatchings while shopping. A retired teacher has her jaw broken by bag theft thug.
Two men were arrested after a high-speed 20km chase following a bag snatch, a student had her bag stolen from her vehicle, and a woman’s handbag was tugged off her shoulder.
A reader reports the theft of a black Fendi Spy Bag Rare, with crocodile handles was stolen from Joiners Arms, on Hackney Road in London, England. Contents included 3 sets of keys, British Passport, 2 Bags of expensive make up, pink comb, paid of black dent gloves, ipod nano black 4gb, sony ericsson k800i, 2 snake skin bangles (gray and black), student oyster card, young persons railcard, and ‘infinit’ tortoise shell sunglasses with gold trim.
Gardai appeal for witnesses to handbag theft, a bag stolen from unlocked car in Janesville, a St John Ambulance bag was stolen and theives have left two great-grandmothers distraught after stealing their purses containing their Christmas savings.
Finally a woman was the victim of a bag snatch in the UK.
